In the second fase of the project to assist The Bank for Investment and Development in Vietnam we will develop trainings on : Product Management, Retail banking strategy and Profit and Cost Centers. These trainings will be given to employees of the Marketing Department, Board of Management, Retail banking group and Corporate Planning Department
